Lysa has written from a place of "been there and still walking through it" but she has such great insight to share for those who are beginning or continuing the journey of learning to set appropriate boundaries as well as dealing with hard relationships。 This book has practical insight and great wisdom。 Jim Cress's part add so much value to each chapter and I appreciate his guidance。 I will say that if you are ready to move forward and do the hard work of establishing boundaries and learning whe Lysa has written from a place of "been there and still walking through it" but she has such great insight to share for those who are beginning or continuing the journey of learning to set appropriate boundaries as well as dealing with hard relationships。 This book has practical insight and great wisdom。 Jim Cress's part add so much value to each chapter and I appreciate his guidance。 I will say that if you are ready to move forward and do the hard work of establishing boundaries and learning when to say goodbye， this book will help guide you in that endeavor。 You will not get there if you are not willing to do the hard work yourself。 Unfortunately， there is no magic wand or potion， but there is grace for the journey。 Lysa's book is part of that grace that can help with the journey。 。。。more
